Terms of Use

1. General Provisions

Purchases made through the website constitute a distance contract governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, including the Consumer Rights Protection Law and applicable Cabinet of Ministers regulations.

Before purchasing, please read these Terms. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and agree to them.

We may change these Terms at any time; changes take effect upon publication on the website.

2. Products and Purchases

NeoSpace offers in-person cultural and wellbeing experiences by appointment, and gift cards that can be redeemed for those experiences. Prices and descriptions are shown on the website.

To purchase a gift card, select a tier and complete payment. After successful payment, a unique gift-card code is issued, shown on the confirmation page, and sent to the email address provided at checkout.

3. Payment Terms

The settlement currency is euro (EUR). The Seller is not registered as a VAT payer, so prices do not include VAT.

Payments are processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Limited) using the payment methods offered at checkout, including Visa and Mastercard cards. Payment data required to process the payment is transferred to Stripe.

The contract takes effect upon successful payment. If for any reason an order cannot be fulfilled, you will be informed and any amount paid will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days.

4. Gift-Card Delivery and Redemption

Gift cards are delivered electronically — the code is shown on the confirmation page and emailed to the address provided at checkout. No physical shipment is made.

A gift-card code may be used by the purchaser or given to another person. To redeem, the holder contacts the studio via WhatsApp or email to arrange an appointment and presents the code. Each code may be redeemed once.

Gift cards do not expire.

5. Right of Withdrawal

As a distance contract, a consumer generally has the right to withdraw within 14 days. In accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to a service that has been fully performed, or once performance of the experience has begun with the consumer's express consent. An unused and unredeemed gift card may be refunded within 14 days of purchase by sending a request to casperzhuriga@gmail.com. The right of withdrawal does not apply where the purchaser is a legal entity (for example, corporate gift cards).

6. Non-Conformity and Complaints

If a service or gift card does not conform to the contract, notify us without undue delay at casperzhuriga@gmail.com. We provide a written response to a consumer complaint within 15 days. Where a purchase cannot be provided as agreed, we refund the amounts paid under the distance contract.

7. Personal Data

We process the personal data you provide when purchasing a gift card or contacting us, such as name, email and phone number. Payment data is transferred to Stripe. Details are set out in our Privacy Policy.

8. Dispute Resolution

Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. The parties resolve disputes through negotiation; failing that, in the courts of the Republic of Latvia. Consumers may also refer a dispute to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC), Brīvības iela 55, Riga, LV-1010, www.ptac.gov.lv, or to the European Union Online Dispute Resolution platform.
